01How are packages priced?+
Prices shown are starting prices. The Base Package starts at $500 for 2 active hours, and the recommended Premium Package starts at $700 for 2 active hours. The Premium Package can be tailored for weddings, company events, and larger gatherings. Your written quote confirms the appropriate package, final price, staffing, travel, enhancements, and event-specific inclusions.
02How much space does the simulator need?+
Space requirements depend on the enclosure and venue layout. Share photos and approximate dimensions with your inquiry so access, ceiling height, swing clearance, and guest flow can be verified before booking.
03Can it be set up outdoors?+
Outdoor setups depend on weather, wind, surface conditions, power access, and the specific venue. A safe backup plan may be required. Outdoor suitability is confirmed before the event.
04Do guests need golf experience?+
Not at all. The experience can be set up for casual play, games, or friendly challenges that work for first-time golfers and experienced players.
05What is included?+
All packages include delivery and setup to Tulsa and OKC, an inflatable bay, under-bay turf and hitting mat, a Garmin launch monitor, and Premium GSPro software. The Premium Package also includes a dedicated simulator host and right- and left-handed golf clubs. Your final quote lists the exact equipment, staffing, competition format, and enhancements included.
06How far do you travel?+
Mobile Fairways is planned to serve Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and surrounding areas. Travel fees or custom minimums may apply outside the standard service radius.
07How early do you arrive?+
Mobile Fairways normally requires venue access 60–90 minutes before the scheduled start so setup and testing can be completed. The exact load-in window is confirmed for your venue.
08Can you run contests?+
Yes. Closest-to-the-pin, long-drive, and other challenge formats can be planned depending on the package, software, and event schedule.
09What happens if the weather changes?+
Outdoor events should have an agreed weather backup plan. Unsafe wind, rain, lightning, or surface conditions may prevent setup or operation; final weather terms will be included in the booking agreement.
10What is the cancellation policy?+
The booking retainer is non-refundable and is applied toward the quoted event total. Any additional cancellation terms will be stated in your signed quote or booking agreement.
11Will every guest get a simulator turn?+
Guest-count ranges describe overall event size and do not guarantee every guest a turn. Participant capacity depends on the competition format, expected number of players, and active operating time.
12How do I reserve a date?+
Submit a booking inquiry with your event details. After availability and the plan are confirmed, your date is reserved when Mobile Fairways receives your signed quote and non-refundable booking retainer. The retainer amount is confirmed in your quote and applied toward the total. The remaining balance is invoiced 14 days before the event and is due no later than 7 days before.
13How is equipment damage handled?+
The customer is responsible for damage to, loss of, or failure to return Mobile Fairways equipment, excluding ordinary wear. Documented repair or replacement costs may be invoiced separately after the event.
14What is required for a tax-exempt event?+
Valid exemption documentation applicable to the transaction must be provided before final invoicing. If acceptable documentation is not received or does not apply, applicable sales tax will be added.
