Packages and Pricing

One simulator, one venue, one setup location, standard loading access, and safe operating conditions unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing reflects location, attendance, expected participation, operating hours, venue access, indoor or outdoor setup, electrical power, staffing, travel, parking, and selected enhancements.

Guest-count ranges describe overall event size and do not guarantee every guest a turn. Capacity depends on the format, expected number of players, and operating time.

Travel, parking, tolls, permits, vendor fees, additional staffing, and specialty services are included only when listed in your written quote.

Customers claiming tax-exempt status must provide valid exemption documentation before final invoicing. Applicable sales tax will be added if acceptable documentation is not received or does not apply.

Venue access is normally required 60–90 minutes before the start. Operating time begins at the contracted start; setup and teardown are not deducted. Customer-caused delays do not automatically extend the event.

The customer is responsible for damage to, loss of, or failure to return Mobile Fairways equipment, excluding ordinary wear. Documented repair or replacement costs may be invoiced separately after the event.

Operation is subject to safe weather, ground, wind, and electrical conditions. An indoor backup location or approved weather contingency plan is strongly recommended.
